TL Xmas Fair

BRIEFING:

Design an out of the box event to mark the end of the year and engage the travel trade community, showing appreciation for their continued partnership.

WHAT WE DID:

In 2024, we launched the first edition of the TL Xmas Fair - a festive, full-day celebration blending gratitude, fun, and community. The event brought together travel advisors, media and partners for a memorable day filled with joy, movement, and meaningful connections.

We curated a unique experience that included:

  • Elastic and reggaeton dance lessons to get everyone moving, laughing, and bonding in groups.
  • All-day brunch, keeping the atmosphere casual, social, and delicious.
  • Branded sponsor t-shirts, creating a sense of unity and visibility for our partners.
  • A Christmas market-style shopping area, spotlighting handpicked, women-owned small businesses—offering beautiful, intentional gifts and supporting local entrepreneurs.

The result was a vibrant, heartwarming day that celebrated partnership, encouraged community support, and closed the year with high spirits and even higher energy.
