BRIEFING:
Create an event during ILTM Latin America for TL Portfolio, where visionaries from across the globe can gather for moments of inspiration and networking, celebrating the most exceptional minds, brands and products in the luxury travel arena.
WHAT WE DID:
Since 2013 TL Scene has been responsible for creating what has become a signature event for TL Portfolio: a picnic in the grounds of Ibirapuera Park, in São Paulo.
A shady area under the trees was transformed into a magical hub for 300 hundred people to enjoy over 2 days.
Besides great food and entertainment, the space was used for dynamic Talks with some of the market’s most forward thinking minds.
BRIEFING:
Create a roadshow across different cities, featuring exclusive networking opportunities in each destination between clients, travel advisors, journalists and influencers.
WHAT WE DO:
We produce 9 annual roadshows for TL Portfolio across the Americas.
Our scope includes developing the event format, coordinating local venues and suppliers and managing all group logistics–transport, accommodation, schedule, flow, and guest communications, ensuring a cohesive and seamless experience throughout the entire journey.
